She is a graduate of Cabrini College, with a BS in Business Administration and Human Resources, and has served as an Adjunct professor for undergraduate level Organizational Development. Marie received her MA in Applied Behavioral Sciences from the Leadership Institute of Seattle. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the American Society of Inventors and provides counsel to startups.
Marie is a graduate of the Protocol School of Washington’s Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consulting Training. She is an expert in image consulting and helping others distinguish themselves from the competition.
Marie has facilitated successful projects involving many disciplines and levels, union and non-union, within the energy, healthcare, academia, and manufacturing sectors. She uses practical approaches customized to fit the needs and circumstances of each client's organization she works with to promote healthy, trustworthy, and productive, and profitable work relationships. She surrounds herself with a very talented team of consultants that also brings a wealth of experience to her clients.
Marie has over 20 years real world experience working with executives and their staffs in implementing change "in the trenches". Her executive coaching focuses on immediate, practical, and observable results for her clients. Her experience involves helping organizations change in large scale changes. Her clients have included Fortune 500 leaders, private sector, military, health care, food, and academia.
Marie is able to assist new startups from her real-life experiences. Marie has been working in the food industry for over 5 years and began her work as an inventor of a kitchen tool, the TofuXpress. She has lived the process of concept design, prototype design, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Her work has been highlighted in Philadelphia Inquirer, and New York Times, and has been reviewed unsolicited by hundreds of food enthusiasts, authors, and bloggers around the world, including Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food and About.com. Her passion is in helping people excel, including learning how to eat healthier and lower on the food chain through small dietary changes.
